Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 6, 2026
LaunchSite OS, LLC ("LaunchSite OS") is committed to making our platform usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. Our current engineering target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
1. Our commitment
We aim to provide an experience that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for everyone. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we regularly review and improve the platform as standards and our product evolve.
2. Measures we take
- Designing with sufficient color contrast and scalable text.
- Supporting keyboard navigation, bypass links, and visible focus states.
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and icons where applicable.
- Using semantic structure and labels to support assistive technologies.
- Running automated accessibility checks on selected critical public, coach, and client routes.
- Reviewing accessibility findings as part of ongoing product maintenance.
3. Conformance status
We do not currently claim that every page, workflow, or product state fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Some areas may still contain barriers, and third-party content or integrations may have accessibility limitations that we do not directly control. We prioritize confirmed barriers based on their impact on access to the platform.
4. Assessment approach and limitations
Our automated regression testing evaluates a selected set of important routes against machine-testable WCAG Level A and Level AA rules. Automated tools cannot identify every accessibility barrier or establish conformance on their own. Our review process also calls for keyboard, zoom and reflow, and assistive-technology checks of representative workflows. Coverage is expanded and findings are tracked as the product changes.
5. Requesting accommodations or reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information provided in an alternative format or an accommodation to use the platform, contact us at support@launchsite-os.com. Please describe the issue, the page or feature involved, and, if useful, your browser, device, or assistive technology. You do not need to identify a disability or assistive technology to report a barrier. We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and to provide the information or function you need through an accessible alternative.
6. Ongoing feedback
Your feedback helps us improve. We welcome suggestions on how to make the platform more accessible and review all reports we receive.
