Who is the software built for?
Independent health, fitness, and nutrition coaches, personal trainers, and coaching teams that deliver individual plans and review client progress. It supports coaching and wellness workflows; it does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical care. See which practices it suits.
What do clients use?
Clients can access their assigned plans, check-ins, food and workout logs, and coach messages on the web and in the iOS and Android apps. Their coach invites them and controls the programs they receive. See the client experience.
How do I try it with my practice?
Base and Pro offer a 14-day free trial with a card required. Elite starts with a paid subscription. Invite a client, assign a program, and review a check-in to see how the workflow fits. Can I use my existing AI assistant?
Connected AI lets a coach authorize a compatible MCP client, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to work with permitted LaunchSite OS records and tools. You can revoke a connection, and the external provider handles the data it receives under its own terms. Read about Connected AI.
