Nutrition and meal plans

Meal planning software for nutrition coaches.

Create reusable meal plans in LaunchSite OS, set client calorie and macro targets, and organize meals, foods, and portions. Assign a plan your client can open on the web or their phone.

The meal plan template editor with editable daily protein, carb, and fat targets, an auto-calculated calorie goal, live progress bars for the day, and a meal broken into foods with per-food calories and macros.

A library you control

See the targets before you open the plan.

Every saved plan shows its daily calories and macro split up front. Start from your own method, duplicate the closest fit, then make the client-specific changes without flattening the original.

  • 01Calories, protein, carbs, and fat visible on every plan card
  • 02Search and folders keep phases and cohorts easy to find
  • 03Duplicate, edit, and assign without rebuilding from zero
The meal plan library in the coach workspace: folders and search across the top, and plan cards each showing the plan's daily calories and its protein, carb, and fat split.

What the client sees

Today's food, already broken down.

The client opens one list: meals, the foods in them, and how each one moves the day's totals. Logging is a tap, not a search through a database.

  • 01Meals grouped with per-meal calories and macros
  • 02Running totals against the day’s targets
  • 03The current plan is obvious, even when alternates are available

What a plan carries

Specific enough to follow.Flexible enough to keep.

Nutrition guidance here is educational coaching support. It is not a prescription and it does not replace care from a qualified provider.

  • 01Daily calorie and macro targets, set per client
  • 02Meals with foods, portions, and per-meal totals
  • 03Custom foods and saved recipes from your own database
  • 04Supplements with timing, dosage, and notes
  • 05Habits tracked alongside the food, not separately

Meal plans, targets, and food logs

Are macro targets the same as the totals in a meal plan?

No. Targets are the calorie and macro goals you set. Meal-plan totals are calculated from the foods and portions in the plan. Keeping both visible lets you check how the planned meals compare with the intended goals.

Can clients track meals outside an assigned plan?

Yes. Food logging and photo meal records are separate from building a plan. Clients can record what they ate, and you can review those records alongside the guidance you assigned. Explore the food diary and nutrition tracking app.

Can a client download their meal plan?

Assigned meal plans can be exported as a PDF, including the plan’s days, meals, portions, and available alternates. Clients can still open their current assignment in the app; a downloaded PDF reflects the plan at the time of export.
