Annual billing saves you 15% on your total, paid upfront. You can still upgrade tiers mid-cycle, and your remaining balance carries forward as a credit toward the new tier, so you only pay the difference.

Pro comes in two flat tiers. Tier 1 is $129.99/mo (or $110.49/mo annually) for up to 40 clients. Tier 2 is $199.99/mo (or $169.99/mo annually) for up to 80 clients and adds AI memory (the coaching brain) - no per-client surcharges. Both tiers include AI lab analysis with no separate lab limit - lab runs draw on the same monthly AI credits as the rest of the assistant, and a full lab review uses considerably more of them than a normal chat. Use the Tier 1 / Tier 2 toggle on the Pro card to switch. Once you exceed 80 clients, move to Elite, which covers up to 300 clients and adds a coaching team.

Yes. Your plan's client number is how many client records LaunchSite OS stores for you, not how many people you are actively coaching this month. When you deactivate a client, we keep everything - their check-ins, labs, photos, notes and history - so that if they come back in a year or two they pick up exactly where they left off. That storage is what the plan pays for, so an archived client keeps their space. Pausing a client for a holiday or an injury works the same way. Reactivating someone is always free and never blocked, even at your limit. The only thing that frees up space is permanently deleting a client, which really does erase their records for good.

Elite is $249/mo ($211.67/mo billed annually) and includes 2 coaches and 300 clients. Need more? Add coaches for +$100/mo each and clients for +$50/mo per additional 100 - add or remove seats anytime. Unlimited AI lab analysis and unlimited AI memory (the coaching brain) are always included at no extra cost, no matter how many seats you add. Every coach seat also comes with its own $25/mo of AI assistant credits - each coach gets their own budget and their own usage meter, and credits reset on the 1st. Team owners can see each coach's AI usage under Teams → Manage Coaches.

Custom Branding sets your practice’s logo, colors and business name in the portal and emails.

White Label applies your practice’s identity across the coach and client experience and includes a branded LaunchSite OS subdomain. A custom domain is a separate $15/mo service for Elite and Enterprise; it is not included in the one-time white-label purchase.

White-label is a one-time $299 unlock for Base and Pro coaches, with no recurring white-label surcharge. Elite and Enterprise include white-label at no extra cost. Custom domains are a separate recurring service for eligible plans.

Pro and Elite plans include self-serve migration tools. Enterprise clients receive full done-for-you data transfer handled by our team.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level access controls and private health-file storage. LaunchSite OS supports adult wellness coaching and does not offer a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. Medical care and workflows that require a BAA are outside the service scope. Legal responsibilities depend on actual use and relationships.
