Before you start
Base and Pro each include a 14-day free trial with full access to that tier. You add a card to start, but you’re not billed until the trial ends - cancel anytime before day 14 and you pay nothing. Elite is buy-now (no trial).
You select the paid tier that fits your practice: Base, Pro, Elite, or Enterprise. You're never auto-charged without choosing a plan.
Annual billing saves you 15% on your total, paid upfront. You can still upgrade tiers mid-cycle, and your remaining balance carries forward as a credit toward the new tier, so you only pay the difference.
Pro comes in two flat tiers. Tier 1 is $129.99/mo (or $110.49/mo annually) for up to 40 active clients. Tier 2 is $199.99/mo (or $169.99/mo annually) for up to 80 active clients and adds AI memory (the coaching brain) - no per-client surcharges. Both tiers include 10 AI lab analyses every 30 days. Use the Tier 1 / Tier 2 toggle on the Pro card to switch. Once you exceed 80 clients, move to Elite, which covers up to 300 clients and adds a coaching team.
Move up to Pro Tier 2 (80 clients), or to Elite, at any time. No data loss, no penalties. And on an annual plan your remaining balance carries forward as a credit toward the new tier.
Elite is $250/mo ($212.50/mo billed annually) and includes 2 coaches and 300 active clients. Need more? Add coaches for +$100/mo each and clients for +$50/mo per additional 100 - add or remove seats anytime. Unlimited AI lab analyses and unlimited AI memory (the coaching brain) are always included at no extra cost, no matter how many seats you add.
Custom Branding is cosmetic personalization inside LaunchSite OS: your logo, colors, and business name in the portal and emails. Clients still know they're inside LaunchSite OS. Think of it like wearing a uniform with your name on it, in the same building.
White Label removes all LaunchSite OS identity. The platform is fully re-skinned as your own product, hosted at your own domain with no "Powered by" anywhere. You can even resell it under your brand. Think of it like owning the building and putting your name on the deed.
