Nutrition · the full walkthrough

Feature 01 · LoggingLive - go try it
Logging they’ll actually do

Food logging, inside their coaching app.

Clients log inside your own app, so they finally see the day taking shape. Search for a food or brand, choose a result, and enter the portion. Available nutrition values contribute to the day’s totals.

No extra download, no screenshots from some other tracker. Hit the plus and it drops into the right meal with the macros already done.

Food search

Foods, brands, and saved recipes in the same logging workflow.

Barcode

Point, scan, logged.

Scan a barcode to look up a packaged food. When a matching product is available, check its details and portion before adding it. Products without a match can be found by search or recorded with quick add.

Quick add handles anything without a barcode - calories and macros in a few taps.
Recents and favorites keep daily staples easy to find again.
Saved recipes let a client log a meal they make often as a single entry.
Feature 02 · AI photo loggingSnap · review · add
For meals without a label

Snap the plate. AI builds the first draft.

Take a photo or choose one from the library. LaunchSite identifies the foods and estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat, then puts every result in an editable review.

The client stays in control: adjust a food, remove a guess, then add the confirmed items straight to the Meal Log.

From plate to Meal Log, without typing every ingredient.

You set them, per client

Targets from the plan you assigned.

Every meal plan you assign carries its own calories, macros and micronutrients. The client tracks against whichever one they’re on - or sets a goal of their own and switches back to yours whenever they like.

Choose how your clients record food

Does every client have to count macros?

No. A client can record a meal with a photo and a note when detailed food tracking is not the right approach. The coach reviews the information the client supplies; a photo alone is not a verified nutrient measurement.

How does food logging relate to a meal plan?

A meal plan describes what the coach assigned. The food log records what the client enters as eaten. You can review the two together without treating the planned meals as proof they were consumed. See the coach’s meal-plan builder.

Can I use nutrition tracking with training and check-ins?

Yes. Nutrition is part of the same client experience as workout programs, check-ins and progress, and coach messages. The coach decides how these records inform their guidance.
